Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Friends! Today is the day we talk about the things that sails our ship! This has been a trying week as I laid my sweet grandma to rest!

I found this vintage suitcase that was used for props in hollywood movies. I made a little vignette and entered it in a contest for Instagram...

I WANT FALL!!!! I WANT FALL! 

Please send FALL! I  miss the cooler weather and all the festivities that Fall brings….BRING IT ON!

When I came back to work on Thursday, I came back to a huge bouquet of flowers. My company had sent me flower so brighten my day!

I made a Hobby Lobby run and picked up quite a few things to decorate with.  I love to decorate. If you following me on Instagram, you already know this :)

Sunday morning we woke up and had no coffee... So, a trip to Dunkin Donuts was in order! Doesn't this vignette scream FALL? Gimme a match and cooler weather! 

We brought donuts for the whole clan!

We also took this beauty for her Senior pictures session! We came home and I took a few out by my neighbors shed.

I've been LOVING this Maybelline Pumped Up Mascara. It's a must try!

Happy Friday Friends! It's time to share our favorites of the week!

Doesn't this mug say it all? I'm not trying to wish my life away, but Friday is my absolute favorite day of the week! Thanks to @Homegoods for this lovely mug!

And then Saturday rolls around and you end up eating mini powered donuts with coffee. I guess Saturday mornings run a close race to Friday's :)

My baby fur boy is growing so fast! +HomeGoods  has a great selection for them as well.

You know I'm a sucker for cute coffee mugs! I've also thought about upgrading my Keurig.  

And then My new bedding from +Anthropologie . Isn't it lovely?

Reclaimed Wood Pallet

Don't you just love FREE projects? I work in a facility where we get deliveries that come on pallets. They are always readily available to me. I have a few projects in the making. I can't wait to get started on them!

My mother purchased a farm about a year ago and is turning the old house on it into her own little farmhouse.

I brought home this pallet and she went to town.
She's using it as a towel holder in her bathroom.
She has added a rustic flare throughout the entire house.

My baby boy needs obedience training! He's one sweet boy, but will test your patience and eat every thing in his way!

Adding in a lil summer decor before I pack it all up! We have a contract on our house and are praying it sells with no complications...

Memorial Day Decor!

My son and I grilled Angus burgers for Memorial Day on our portable charcoal grill. Worked out well! We were tag teaming it!

Discovered a new neighborhood in our area! This church is part of a gated community! We fell in love with this property!

We celebrated my son's graduation with a party for the family! Hung out by the pool and just had a great time!

I mentioned these last week in my favorites! They made it again! I get a different variety each week! Loving them all!

Friday Favorites! Emotional Edition!

Happy Friday friends! This has been one emotional week! 

From a contract on our house, my one and only son graduating and preparation for a graduation party!

I'm so excited and proud of my boy! He's going places! :)

Here are a few things that has been happening!

My baby boy is now a graduate! He had his Class of 2015 school graduation on Wednesday evening. It didn't hit me until Thursday night. And then, it hit me like a tons of bricks! 

This is his PreK graduation and his Senior portrait! 

For breakfast I've been searching for something good for me and a little sweet. I have a sweet tooth in the mornings. I researched food and burn fat. Grapefruit came up in the search quite often. I've been eating grapefruit, bananas, rye toast with almond butter & honey drizzle. It's Delish! 

My Lab is just 5 months old. This is the 6th pair of shoes (of mine) he has ruined! And you know that nice Pottery Barn solid wood coffee table?…Keep scrolling :(

Prom 2015

Oh what I'd give to be young again...

My son's Senior Prom was May 9, 2015. It was held at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Jacksonville. They rented a Limo with a few other couples. He took his beautiful date (my adopted daughter) to Ruth Chris Steakhouse. I'll let the picture show do the talking :)
